• Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order

• Once an exchange coupon is issued, a return request cannot be made after 72 hours

Third: Refund Policy

• Refunds apply to the product value only and do not include shipping or cash-on-delivery fees

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the return is made by personal choice

• In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent, maryouli Store covers all related costs

Fourth: Refund Method

• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase

• Processing time ranges from 7 to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product

• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds follow the store’s approved refund procedure

Fifth: Order Cancellation

• If the order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded within 10 business days

• If canceled after shipment, a fee of 35 will be deducted from the order value
