This policy covers damaged items, defective products, or items sent by mistake. Customers may request an exchange or return within the specified period, provided the product remains in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received. It must include all original parts, packaging, receipts, and any accessories provided with the product.
Products customized or modified based on customer requests cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, this policy does not cover underwear, veils (Tarha), Niqabs, or accessories.
If the return or exchange is due to an error in the order or a defect in the product received, Maryouli will bear the shipping and return costs. Please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at 0533934532 during official working hours and send a clear photo demonstrating the error or defect.
If the return is due to a change of mind (with no error or defect), we are happy to accept the return; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping and return fees. The Maryoli team can arrange for the shipment pickup, subject to return fees based on the shipping provider's rates.
The value of the returned item will be added to your "Wallet" balance. You can then place a new order and choose to pay using your wallet balance at checkout.
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, the 12 service fee is non-refundable, as it is a service provided by the courier company.
A receipt and original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer bears full responsibility and will be charged for any shipping expenses incurred to return the item to them.
Customers are not entitled to request a return or exchange for any product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item if it has already been used. We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us before use so we can address the issue according to the policy.
If items are part of a special offer or promotional set (e.g., buy more than one item with a discount), partial returns are not permitted while retaining the discount. You must return the entire set, or the returned item will be recalculated at its original price before the discount.
The company is not responsible for paid orders that are not collected within 60 days.
Orders modified or personalized per customer request are not eligible for any refund. The company reserves the right to dispose of the order after 60 days.
The exchange and return service is available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
