الشروط والأحكام

تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع مريولي وشراء المنتجات المعروضة فيه. باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنك تقر بقراءة هذه الشروط والموافقة عليها، مع احتفاظك بجميع الحقوق التي تقررها الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة عند إنشاء الحساب أو تقديم الطلب، وبالمحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول. قد يؤدي عدم صحة بيانات التواصل أو العنوان إلى تأخير الطلب أو إعادته وتطبيق التكاليف ذات الصلة.

نعمل على عرض أوصاف وصور ومقاسات المنتجات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. قد تختلف الألوان قليلًا بحسب الشاشة والإضاءة، وقد تختلف القصّة والمقاس بين الموديلات. يُرجى مراجعة وصف المنتج وجدول المقاسات وتعليمات العناية قبل الطلب.

تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. تظهر رسوم الشحن والدفع عند الاستلام وأي رسوم واجبة قبل تأكيد الطلب. إذا ظهر خطأ واضح في السعر أو بيانات المنتج، نتواصل معك لتصحيحه أو نلغي البند المتأثر ونعيد المبلغ المدفوع عنه.

يخضع قبول الطلب لتوفر المنتجات وإتمام الدفع والتحقق من البيانات عند الحاجة. إذا تعذر توفير منتج بعد تقديم الطلب، نبلغك ونقترح بديلًا بموافقتك أو نعيد المبلغ المستحق إلى وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

تظهر وسائل الدفع المتاحة والمؤهلة في صفحة الدفع. تخضع خدمات الدفع المقدمة من طرف ثالث، مثل تابي وتمارا، لشروط مقدم الخدمة وقرارات الأهلية الخاصة به. لا تخزن مريولي بيانات البطاقة الكاملة التي يعالجها مزود الدفع.

تُطبق المدد والخيارات والرسوم الموضحة في صفحة الشحن والتوصيل وعند إتمام الطلب. يجب على العميل التأكد من صحة العنوان والاستجابة لشركة الشحن. المدد تقديرية وقد تتأثر بالمواسم أو الظروف التشغيلية لدى الناقل.

تخضع جميع الطلبات لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع المنشورة في المتجر، وهي المرجع المعتمد للمدد والشروط والرسوم والاستثناءات وآلية إعادة المبالغ.

يمكن طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل تسليمه إلى شركة الشحن. بعد الشحن، تُطبق شروط الاسترجاع والتكاليف الواردة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. لا يمكن إلغاء المنتج المعدل أو المطرز أو المخصص بعد بدء تنفيذه.

لا تقبل المنتجات التي تم تعديلها أو تطريزها أو تخصيصها بناءً على طلب العميل للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، إلا إذا كانت معيبة أو غير مطابقة للمواصفات المتفق عليها أو في الحالات التي تقضي بها الأنظمة.

تخضع العروض والأكواد للفترة والفئات والشروط المعلنة معها، ولا تُجمع مع عروض أخرى إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك. يمكن إيقاف العرض أو تعديله قبل استخدامه، دون التأثير في الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها خلال سريانه.

يُحظر استخدام الموقع بطريقة مخالفة للأنظمة، أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته، أو إدخال معلومات أو طلبات احتيالية، أو نسخ محتواه واستخدامه تجاريًا دون إذن.

تعود حقوق العلامة والمحتوى والتصاميم والصور والنصوص المنشورة إلى أصحابها أو إلى مريولي وفق حقوق الاستخدام الممنوحة لها. لا يجوز إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون موافقة مكتوبة.

تتم معالجة بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة في المتجر والأنظمة ذات الصلة. باستخدام خدمات من أطراف ثالثة، قد تخضع بعض المعالجة أيضًا لسياسات تلك الأطراف.

لا يحد أي بند في هذه الشروط من الحقوق النظامية للمستهلك أو المسؤولية التي لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا. لا تتحمل مريولي التأخير أو التعذر الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتها المعقولة، مع التزامها بمساعدة العميل واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب وفق الأنظمة والسياسات المعلنة.

يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمات أو المتطلبات النظامية، وتصبح النسخة المنشورة هي السارية من تاريخ تحديثها. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وفي حال التعارض تُطبق الأحكام النظامية.

These terms govern your use of the Maryouli website and your purchase of products displayed on it. By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, without limiting any rights granted to you under the laws of Saudi Arabia.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order and keep your login details confidential. Incorrect contact or address information may delay or return the order and result in the related costs being applied.

We aim to present product descriptions, images and measurements as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen and lighting, while fit and sizing may vary between styles. Review the product description, size guide and care instructions before ordering.

Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping, cash-on-delivery and any applicable fees are shown before you confirm the order. If an obvious pricing or product-information error appears, we will contact you to correct it or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

Order acceptance is subject to product availability, successful payment and any necessary information checks. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and, with your approval, offer an alternative or refund the amount due to the original payment method.

Available and eligible payment methods appear at checkout. Third-party payment services, including Tabby and Tamara, are subject to the provider's own terms and eligibility decisions. Maryouli does not store the full card details processed by the payment provider.

The times, options and fees shown on the Shipping and Delivery page and at checkout apply. Customers must provide an accurate address and respond to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons or carrier operations.

All orders are subject to the Exchange and Return Policy published on the store. That policy is the governing reference for timeframes, conditions, fees, exceptions and refund processing.

You may request cancellation before the order is handed to the carrier. Once shipped, the return conditions and costs in the Exchange and Return Policy apply. Customized, altered or embroidered products cannot be cancelled after work on them has begun.

Products altered, embroidered or customized at the customer's request are not eligible for exchange or return unless defective, different from the agreed specifications or otherwise required by law.

Promotions and codes are subject to the stated period, categories and conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A promotion may be changed or withdrawn before use without affecting orders already confirmed while it was valid.

You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access to its systems, submit fraudulent information or orders, or copy and commercially use its content without permission.

Rights in the brand, content, designs, images and text belong to their respective owners or are used by Maryouli under granted rights. They may not be commercially reused without written permission.

Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published on the store and applicable laws. When third-party services are used, some processing may also be subject to those providers' policies.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Maryouli is not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, while remaining committed to assisting the customer and taking appropriate action under applicable laws and published policies.

These terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The published version applies from its update date. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and mandatory legal provisions prevail in case of conflict.
