• الصور أو المرفقات ذات الصلة عند الحاجة.

1. استلام الرسالة وتحديد نوعها والجهة المعنية.
2. مراجعة المعلومات والتواصل لطلب أي تفاصيل ناقصة عند الحاجة.
3. متابعة الحالة وإبلاغك بالنتيجة أو الإجراء المتخذ عبر وسيلة التواصل المتاحة.

لا ترسل كلمات المرور أو رموز التحقق أو بيانات البطاقة البنكية. تُستخدم المعلومات المقدمة لمعالجة رسالتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
