أيام العمل الرسمية من السبت إلى الخميس. لا تُحتسب أيام الجمعة والعطل الرسمية والأعياد ضمن مدد التجهيز أو التوصيل.

قد تظهر عند إتمام الطلب خيارات من أرامكس، وسمسا، وريد بوكس، وإيجكس بحسب العنوان والتغطية المتاحة. تشمل الخيارات التوصيل إلى العنوان أو الاستلام من الخزائن أو الفروع عند توفرها.

تظهر رسوم الشحن والطريقة والمدة التقديرية المتاحة لطلبك في صفحة الدفع قبل تأكيد الطلب.

بعد تسليم الطلب إلى شركة الشحن، يصلك رقم تتبع عبر وسيلة التواصل المسجلة. قد يحتاج التتبع عدة ساعات حتى يظهر أول تحديث لدى شركة الشحن.

• تأكد من صحة الاسم ورقم الجوال والمدينة والحي والعنوان قبل إتمام الطلب.
• استجب لاتصالات ورسائل شركة الشحن لتجنب تأخير الطلب أو إعادته.
• إذا أُعيد الطلب بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو تعذر التواصل أو عدم الاستلام، تُطبق التكاليف الواردة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

قد تزيد مدة التجهيز أو التوصيل خلال المواسم والعروض أو بسبب الظروف التشغيلية لدى شركات الشحن. سنساعدك في المتابعة، بينما يظل موعد الوصول النهائي مرتبطًا بمسار الشحنة لدى الناقل.

يتوفر الشحن الدولي فقط عندما يظهر كخيار متاح في صفحة الدفع. تستغرق الطلبات الدولية عادةً من 5 إلى 15 يوم عمل، ولا تشمل هذه المدة أي تأخير جمركي أو إجراءات خاصة ببلد الوجهة.

Aramex, SMSA, RedBox and AJEX options may appear at checkout depending on your address and available coverage. Options may include delivery to your address or collection from lockers or branches where available.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, a tracking number is sent through your registered contact channel. It may take a few hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Processing or delivery may take longer during peak seasons, promotions or carrier disruptions. We will help you follow up, while the final arrival time remains linked to the parcel's progress with the carrier.

International shipping is available only when it appears as an option at checkout. International orders usually take 5 to 15 business days, excluding customs delays or destination-country procedures.
