First: Exchange and Return Period• Exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order
• Return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order
• Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable
• If an exchange coupon is issued, a refund cannot be requested after 72 hours from receiving the coupon
To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must:
• Be unused
• Be in its original condition as received
• Include all tags and cards
• Be returned in its original packaging with all contents
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
• Scarves
• Badges
• Underwear
The policy also does not apply to:
• Customized or altered products upon customer request
• Graduation robes (exchange only, no refunds)
• Embroidered graduation scarves and caps
If the issue is caused by maryouli or a manufacturing defect:
maryouli covers all shipping costs
A photo of the defect must be sent via WhatsApp
If requested by the customer:
• 25 for pickup
• 20 for return delivery
(The amount will be deducted from the remaining balance)
If the order was shipped for free and returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the invoice amount.
• If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer bears all related costs
• Defective products will not be accepted after use
• Customers must contact us via WhatsApp before any action
For purchases made under:
• Bundle offers
• Discounted packages
Partial returns are not allowed. Customers must:
Return the full bundle
or
Return part of the bundle after recalculating the price based on the original price before discount
• Exchange or return shipping labels are issued within 48 hours via WhatsApp:
